The Evolv DNA 60 regulation board is a digital switch-mode DC-DC converter for vape mods. The board features a boost/ preheat function, digital user controls, Evolv’s patented Variable Wattage Control and accurate temperature sensing and protection. The board also comes with either a small or large OLED screen, features on-board control buttons and uses synchronous rectification for maximum battery life and efficiency.

One of the most popular Evolv boards among modders and quite possibly the most versatile due to it’s small footprint make it an understated powerhouse of a board widely loved by vapers since its inception. The Evolv DNA60 board is an American made digital switch-mode DC-DC converter for vape mods. The board features a wide array of technologies such as a boost/ preheat function, digital user controls, Evolv’s patented Variable Wattage Control and accurate temperature sensing and protection. It can be found in countless devices made by all of the best industry brands, with the name Evolv being synonymous with quality and performance. The Evolv DNA60 board currently has two screen options, and can come with either a small or large OLED screen. We sell both the large and the small screen versions which can be chosen using the drop down menu on this page. The board features on-board control buttons and also has the option of connecting external switches using solder points on the board. Please see the boards datasheet for pin assignment. Power delivery is by synchronous rectification for maximum battery life and efficiency.
The DNA 60 is commonly powered by a single cell lithium polymer battery, but can also be wired in parallel configuration or run from a power supply for desk or table based devices. And as with other Evolv boards, a whole range of settings and customisations can be set using Evolv’s EScribe software which can be found here. Please note that some of the settings and features in EScribe are for advanced users only. We recommend that any user delving into EScribe make a backup of their setting before changing anything. That way you can always revert back to your original settings if something doesn’t go as planned.
Every Evolv DNA60 Board is shipped with either a large or small OLED screen. If purchasing a board with a small screen we will configure the board with the correct firmware prior to shipping. Please make your selection using the drop-down menu above.
A large screen firmware will only work with a large screen OLED and vice versa. To change a large screen firmware board to small you can choose the small screen firmware manually in escribe. If you don’t have a USB and need your board updating we’ll be more than happy to help you with that.
If you are purchasing a DNA60 board to repair or upgrade an original Billet Box by Billet Box Vapor, we are able to pre-load the official Billet Box theme and alter the screen orientation prior to shipping your board. Please note, based on customer feedback we no longer include a USB board as standard. This allows us to sell boards slightly cheaper and have a smaller environmental impact. They can be bought separately here
Boards will usually come in black retail boxes but sometimes due to supply chain complications may come in generic packaging. Wholesale orders are generally supplied in bulk trays. If you have a preference for packaging type please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
