The board is exceptional. The device it lives inside is a financial compromise — engineered to a cost, not to a standard. And engineered to have a predictable pod use rate that keeps boardrooms happy.

Evolv spent over a decade and a half supplying the board that powered the majority of the most respected devices on the market. They knew exactly what the technology was capable of. They knew exactly how much of that capability was being used.

Always-on temperature control

The board monitors coil temperature throughout every puff — not occasionally, continuously. The moment it detects the coil is struggling, it reduces power automatically before you taste anything. Not after. Before.

This is why you won’t get burnt hits. This is why the pods last longer. The coil is never pushed past the point of no return, because the device knows where that point is and won’t let you reach it.

Replay

Take a puff you love. Double-click the fire button. The DNA ONE saves the exact characteristics of that puff — the power, the temperature, the draw — and reproduces it identically, every time, until you turn it off.

0.4Ω — Direct to Lung The open draw. Built for vapers who want volume and warmth. Best with freebase nicotine at lower strengths. 15–45W.

0.6Ω — Restricted Direct to Lung The middle ground. Sits between a loose lung hit and a tight mouth to lung draw. Works with both freebase and nicotine salt. The most flexible option in the range. 5–30W.

1.0Ω — Mouth to Lung The cigarette draw. Tight, familiar, satisfying. Built for nicotine salts or freebase and former smokers who want a natural feel. 5–15W.

All pods hold 2ml — TPD compliant — with 3ml versions following. Each pod is individually pressure tested for zero leaks. Coil resistance is batch verified for consistent performance every time.
