Royal Mail International Services Disruption

A red Royal Mail van parked in the street outside a post office

**Inland UK Services are Unaffected**

UPDATE – Ransomware attack confirmed https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/uk-world-news/royal-mail-warning-customers-urged-25987211

As the days go by, a cyber incident involving Royal Mail continues to be an issue with no clear indication of when normal service will resume for international shipments. Reports have been circulating that Royal Mail is currently down and unfortunately, Royal Mail have remained tight-lipped on the issue, leaving us in the dark as to what’s going on.

It is highly likely that the issue relates to a cyber-attack, as Royal Mail continues to be a target for malicious actors. With the rise of cyber-attacks in the last few years, organisations such as Royal Mail have been forced to put in place more stringent security measures to protect their customers’ data. It is possible that the down time is due to a vulnerability in the system that has been exploited by hackers. Unfortunately, as Royal Mail have not officially confirmed the cause of the incident, we can only speculate as to the root cause. This lack of clarity has been frustrating for us, as we are left unsure as to when service will resume, and have been unable to print our international labels.

We recommend that international customers select UPS as the shipping option at check out until normal service resumes for Royal Mail. With UPS, customers can still get their packages delivered in a timely manner without having to worry about the issues that Royal Mail are currently facing. It is unclear as to when the issue with Royal Mail will be resolved and customers can expect to see normal service resume.

We hope that Royal Mail will provide some clarity on the issue soon.

Stealthvape Christmas Shipping Dates 2021

It’s the time of year at Stealthvape wherein we celebrate the Fullness of Being, and in doing so Things can start getting a teensy bit weird.

Summoning the Corpulent White Bearded Red Demon of Yule has always been a hazardous art, but we reckon we’re just about getting the hang of it this year.

Maybe. Perhaps. Who knows?

We pride ourselves on navigating Cosmic Disruption adroitly, so we’re deploying contingents to constrain the impending Chaos of Conveyance. Pay attention and avoid unecessary woes.

The Last Day of Shipping in 2021 shall be Wednesday 22nd December.

The First Day of Shipping in 2022 will be Tuesday 4th of January.

Burn these dates deep into your mind.

Whilst we are Cunning Mages and blossoming Warlocks of Wisdom, indeed some things still lie outside of our control. Rest assured we shall be doing all we can to manifest your desires in a timely manner, but Royal Mail would test even the Greatest of Master’s Himself. Your patience may truly well be the pathway to peace.

So enjoy the burgeoning festivities our friends. . As ever, thank you for  all your support throughout the year. It really does mean a lot to us. Be happy. Be free and Behave!

Much Love from all at Stealthvape HQ.

United States Shipping

Good news and meh news.

In December 2020 the US government amended the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT) to prohibit the online sale of e-cigarettes to children. The legislation, effective from 26th Match 2021, expands the definition of e-cigarettes to include electronic “nicotine delivery systems”. As a responsible vendor we must comply with PACT.

Therefore, from Friday 26 March, Stealthvape Ltd will no longer export to the USA any device that, through an aerosolized solution, delivers nicotine, flavour, or any other inhalable substance, including:

E-cigarettes
E-hookahs
E-cigars
Vape pens
Advanced refillable personal vaporizer
Electronic pipes
Drip Tips
Refills / Pods

The electronic components we manufacture and / or supply collectively known as “Mod Parts and “Rebuildable Supplies” we believe not to be covered by this legislation and will be shipped as normal.

So, the news in briefs: we’re still shipping pretty much everything modders will need such as Evolv boardsBattery Tubes and 510 Connectors.

As the dust settles on this increasingly bizarre set of circumstances we’ll continue to update you when (and if) we learn more. But for now, it’s business as usual.

Thanks for your continued support. You’re awesome.
